Responsibilities

• Carry out roof repairs on void and tenanted properties
• Complete general building maintenance and repair work
• Undertake slabbing and roughcasting
• Travel across the designated area to multiple sites
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining health and safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in roof repairs (essential)
• Strong all-round building maintenance skills
• Experience with slabbing, roughcasting and general repairs
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and travel throughout West Argyll
• Willingness to undergo a Disclosure check
