Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial sites
  • Work on lighting systems, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately record all works using a computerised maintenance management system
  • Liaise with clients and site contacts to ensure minimal disruption and high service delivery
  • Maintain full compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

  • 17th or 18th Edition qualification
  • Recognised apprenticeship with SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
  • Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
