Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial sites
- Work on lighting systems, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately record all works using a computerised maintenance management system
- Liaise with clients and site contacts to ensure minimal disruption and high service delivery
- Maintain full compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- 17th or 18th Edition qualification
- Recognised apprenticeship with SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
